Fort Bend ISD Police


Trading Card Contest
Rules and Guidelines

 
1.  The contest will begin on Tuesday, September 2, 2003 and will end on  Thursday, November 20, 2003.

 2. All students who attend the Fort Bend ISD school district are eligible to enter the trading card contest with the exception of the immediate family members of the Fort Bend ISD Police Dept. 

  3.  In order to be entered into the drawing for the grand prize the student must have collected a complete set of officers cards (44 in all) and have had them verified by Officer Jennifer Taylor of the Fort Bend ISD Police Dept. at 13600 Murphy Rd. Stafford, Texas 77477 prior to November 21st, 2003.  It is preferred that each student has his/her cards verified and an entry form filled out as soon as a complete set is collected.

  4.  The only cards eligible for the 2003 police trading card contest are the original individual Fort Bend ISD Police cards numbered 1-44 to be collected from each card holder. No copies permitted. Individual officer’s cards may be found at the Fort Bend ISD Police Department, Fort Bend ISD sporting events, Fort Bend ISD middle and high schools.

  5.  The grand prize is a trip to San Antonio, Texas to stay at the Westin La Contera Resort for six nights and seven days. This includes four tickets to SeaWorld, four tickets to Fiesta Texas and entry for four into the Ripley’ Wax Museum. Also included will be $1,000.00 (one thousand dollars) in cash for food, spending money and gas.

  6.  Only one (1) student who collects a complete set of Fort Bend ISD Police trading cards will be eligible for the grand prize and will be chosen by the Fort Bend ISD Police Chief, Chief J.L. Campbell by random drawing on Monday, December 8, 2003 between 6:00pm and 8:30pm at a location to be announced on a later date. 

  7.  In order to be eligible for the grand prize the qualified student must be present at the drawing on December 8, 2003. Qualified students need not be present to win other prizes.

  8.  The grand prize is subject to scheduling and availability of hotel and park facilities to be verified by the grand prize winner’s parent.

  9.  Due to the nature of police work, please approach officers with caution while they are working. Try to ensure you are not putting your self in danger asking for a trading card. Your safety is our first priority!

10 -   The student must collect the cards. They will not be given to parents.
